When I was a new enthusiastic club president and later a club coach I found that the glossy Toastmasters guides gave you the direction that you needed to travel in your President and Coach role. But to be truly successful you needed to blend experience with your direction. This is the stuff that is not found in our glossy guides, the secret ingredient that induces the buzz, the spice that bonds and retains members. This is the stuff I did not know at the time and this is what I would like to now share and hopefully some of you will share some of your secrets with me.

So I have created this blog in search of this secret.

This blog is also for Presidents and Club Coaches that may need guidance in selecting a strategy to rebuild / strengthen their club. These strategies are not all found in our glossy Toastmasters guides.
